[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”20″ font_font=”Asap” font_color=”%23000000″]Email whitelisting is important because many email service providers are now using programs to block unwanted emails AKA spam. This is done to secure you and keep all the spam that’s out there from landing in your inbox.

However, since this system is automated, sometimes a lot of these emails may be emails you actually want to receive (our emails, for example).

In order to make the most of your PHH subscription, you need ensure that we end up in your inbox and not allow any email to slip through the cracks.

2. Simply drag this email to the primary tab of your inbox.[/text_block]

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”20″ font_font=”Asap” font_color=”%23000000″]When opening an email message, a + symbol should display next to From and the sender’s name. Select this and an Add to contacts pop-up should appear. Select Save.[/text_block]

Click the Add Rule button.[/text_block]

Use the following settings: If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.
Type the sender’s email address in the text field beside Contains.[/text_block]
